株式会社CairoPlus（以下「当社」）は、お客様の個人情報の保護を重要な責務と認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）および関連法令を遵守し、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

Androidアプリのデータの取り扱いへ

1. 収集する個人情報

当社は、以下の場面においてお客様の個人情報を取得することがあります。

お問い合わせフォーム：お名前、会社名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容
AIアバターチャット：会社名、業種、業務課題、ご担当者名、メールアドレス、電話番号（任意でご提供いただいた場合）
ウェブサイト閲覧：アクセスログ（IPアドレス、ブラウザ種別、閲覧ページ等）

2. 個人情報の利用目的

当社は、取得した個人情報を以下の目的のために利用します。

なお、当社はサービス提供のため、AWS（Amazon Web Services）、Google Cloud Platform 等のクラウドサービスを利用しています。これらのサービス事業者は当社の業務委託先として機能し、取得した個人情報を当社の指示に基づいてのみ取り扱います。

4. 個人情報の安全管理

当社は、個人情報の漏洩・滅失・毀損を防止するため、適切な技術的・組織的安全管理措置を講じます。ウェブサイトの通信は SSL/TLS により暗号化されており、サーバーはアクセス制御により保護されています。また、個人情報を取り扱う従業者に対して、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

5. Cookie（クッキー）の利用

当社のウェブサイトでは、ユーザー体験の向上を目的として Cookie を使用する場合があります。 Cookie は個人を特定する情報を含むものではありませんが、ブラウザの設定により無効にすることができます。

6. 個人情報の開示・訂正・削除

7. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、法令の改正や事業内容の変更に伴い、本ポリシーを予告なく変更することがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、ウェブサイト上でお知らせします。

対象アプリとお問い合わせ

端末内で扱う情報

利用者が入力・選択した情報を、それぞれの機能を提供するため端末内で処理します。現場報告：案件・連絡先・指摘・写真・図面・署名。建築計算と電線管：寸法・計算・工具・材料・作業記録。楽譜：PDF・歌詞・注釈・曲順・選択した音声。木取：部材・在庫・配置・作業履歴。原価：食材・仕入価格・レシピ・在庫・仕込み。開口調査：寸法・写真・校正・注文・改訂・測定の入力元と入力機器名。勤務：勤務先・予定・打刻・休憩・単価・給与・支払い記録。刺繍：元図・格子・色・進捗・日別記録。名札：参加者・所属・座席・ロゴ・名札・受付記録。

送信・共有・外部サービス

これらのアプリには、提供者のサーバーへ内容を自動送信する機能、広告、広告IDの取得、提供者向けの利用状況解析、アカウント登録はありません。アプリ内データを販売しません。ファイルの取込先・書出し先・共有先は利用者がAndroidの選択画面で指定します。クラウド保存先、受信するアプリ、印刷サービスは、そのサービスの設定とポリシーに従って選択された情報を扱います。Google PlayやAndroid自体が扱う配信・診断情報は、それぞれのポリシーに従います。

追加機能の購入と復元

Score Reader、Badge Makerで追加機能の購入・復元を提供する場合、Google Playの課金サービスを使用します。Google Playが支払処理と購入管理を行い、そのポリシーに従って情報を扱います。アプリは購入確認・復元・不正利用の防止のため、Google Playから受け取った商品ID、注文・購入状態、購入日時、購入トークンと署名を扱います。検証した購入情報は端末の専用領域に保存し、案件のバックアップやUndoには含めません。利用者の業務記録・写真・文書を購入確認のために送信しません。カード番号などの支払情報をアプリ内で入力・保存することはありません。端末のアプリデータを消去してもGoogle Play側の購入記録は削除されず、Google Playでの購入・返金・情報管理の手続きはGoogleの案内に従ってください。

Work Hours・Construction Calcの買い切り版

Work HoursとConstruction Calcの買い切り版（0.4.3）は、Google Playでアプリを購入する際の一度の支払いに全機能を含み、アプリ内の追加購入・定期購読・購入復元操作はありません。Google Play Billingライブラリを組み込まず、アプリから購入の照会・受領確認や課金SDKの診断送信を行いません。カード情報や購入トークンを取得・送信する機能はありません。勤務先・予定・給与・寸法・材料などの業務記録は端末内で処理・保存し、提供者やGoogleへの自動送信は行いません。利用者が書き出しや共有を選んだ場合は、選択した情報を指定した保存先や受け取りアプリへ渡します。アプリ購入の決済と配信、Google側の購入記録の管理はGoogle Playがそのポリシーに従って行います。端末内の記録の削除ではGoogle Playの購入記録や自分で書き出したファイルは消えません。このアプリにはGoogle側の購入記録を削除する仕組みはなく、Google側の情報管理はGoogleの案内に従ってください。

端末機能へのアクセス

写真・QRの撮影は、利用者が起動したカメラアプリを通じて行います。画像や文書は選択したファイルだけを読み込みます。Work Hoursでは、利用者がカレンダー取込を選び、Androidの権限を許可した場合に予定を読み取り、確認した予定を勤務計画へ取り込みます。カレンダーへの書込みは行いません。Opening Surveyの対応レーザーはAndroidに接続されたキーボード入力として、利用者が測定入力を選んだ場合に受け取ります。楽譜のペダルも入力操作として受け取ります。連絡先一覧・SMS・通話履歴・端末の位置情報・マイク音声は取得しません。選択した写真や文書の原本には、撮影日時や撮影場所などの埋込み情報が含まれる場合があります。原本の保存・バックアップではその情報も残ることがあるため、位置情報を削除する機能としては使用しないでください。共有前に必要に応じて原本の情報を確認・削除してください。

保存・引継ぎ・削除

記録と取り込んだ媒体は、アプリ専用の保存領域に保持します。取消しや復元に備えた履歴・スナップショット・媒体のコピーが残る場合があります。端末を替える前に、アプリのバックアップまたは書出し機能で必要な情報を保存してください。Androidの自動バックアップと自動端末移行には依存しません。アプリをアンインストールするかAndroidの設定でアプリのストレージを消去すると、専用領域の記録・履歴・媒体が削除されます。自分で書き出したファイル、共有した相手のコピー、外部バックアップは別途削除してください。問い合わせメールには返信・調査に必要な情報だけを記載してください。メールに含まれる情報は問い合わせ対応のために扱います。保存・削除に関するお問い合わせも上記窓口で受け付けます。

データの保護

アプリ専用領域はAndroidのアクセス制御で他のアプリから分離されます。端末の画面ロックや暗号化設定を利用してください。ZIPバックアップの整合性検査は内容の破損を検出するもので、暗号化ではありません。書き出すファイルの内容と共有先を確認し、必要に応じて自分で管理する暗号化された保存先を選んでください。提供者は端末内の記録を遠隔で閲覧・復元できません。

追加の買い切りアプリと端末内の情報

Expense Split、Tournament Desk、Booking Board、Reading Queue、JSON Workshop、Stock Ledger、Pack Balance、Subtitle Review、Hex Atlas、Document Scannerにも本ポリシーが適用されます。割り勘の参加者・支出・返済、大会の参加者・成績、予約の顧客・予定・メモ、読書の本・履歴・時間・評価、JSON文書、在庫の品目・入出庫・単価、旅の装備・重量・メモ、字幕・選択した動画、ゲーム地図・地名・秘密メモ、選択した書類画像・PDF・認識文字を、それぞれの機能のため端末内で扱います。これら10本にはアカウント登録、広告、アプリ内購入、定期購入、提供者への内容の自動送信はありません。アプリ本体の買い切り購入と配信はGoogle Playが管理します。

Document Scannerの文字認識とGoogle ML Kit

Document Scannerはアプリに含めたGoogle ML Kitの文字認識モデルを利用します。選択した画像・文書と認識された文字の処理は端末内で行われ、これらの内容や認識結果を文字認識のためGoogleへ送信しません。ML Kit SDKは端末のメーカー・モデル・OS、アプリ名とバージョン、インストール単位の識別子、処理時間、入力形式・解像度・入出力サイズ、機能の利用イベントやエラー情報をGoogleへ送信することがあります。Googleはこれらを診断と利用状況の分析、APIの性能測定・デバッグ・保守・改善、不正利用や悪用の検知に利用します。Googleの案内では、この送信はHTTPSで暗号化されます。Googleは自身の利用規約とプライバシーポリシーに基づいてこれらの情報を扱います。GoogleのプライバシーポリシーとML Kitのデータ開示案内もご参照ください。提供者はこのSDKの診断情報から利用者の文書を遠隔で閲覧したり復元したりできません。端末内のデータ消去やアンインストールは、Googleへ送信済みのSDK診断情報を削除する操作ではありません。本アプリには、これらの送信済み情報の削除をGoogleへ申請したり実行したりする機能はありません。Googleが保有する情報の管理についてはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

追加アプリのファイル選択・共有と保存

写真撮影は利用者が開いた端末のカメラアプリで行い、取込・保存・共有ではAndroidの選択画面で指定したファイルや保存先だけを扱います。字幕の動画参照などでは、選択したファイルを再度開くためAndroidのファイルアクセス許可を保持することがあります。文書画像・動画・PDF等の元ファイルは変更しません。書き出した資料や共有先には、氏名・金額・メモ・文書本文・元ファイルに含まれる情報が含まれる場合があります。アプリのプロジェクト書き出しがリンク先の動画や文書画像を含むとは限りません。端末変更前には必要なファイルを個別に保存し、内容を確認してください。アプリのアンインストールやAndroid設定でのストレージ消去では端末内のアプリ専用記録が削除されますが、自分で書き出したファイル・共有先のコピー・Google Play側の購入記録は削除されません。編集前の記録や削除した項目・ページ画像が、復元や取り消し用の端末内データに残る場合があります。アプリ専用の情報をすべて消去する場合はAndroidのアプリのストレージ管理を使用してください。

変更について

Android applications — Privacy policy

The following applies to the Android apps named below. Website visits, inquiries and the AI avatar chat are covered by the company policy above.

Applications and contact

Information used on your device

Each app processes information you enter or select to provide its functions. Site Inspector: projects, contact details, findings, photos, plans and signatures. Construction Calc and Conduit Calculator: dimensions, calculations, tools, materials and job records. Score Reader: PDFs, lyrics, annotations, setlists and selected audio. Cabinet Cutlist: parts, stock, layouts and job history. Recipe Cost: ingredients, purchase prices, recipes, inventory and preparation plans. Opening Survey: dimensions, photos, calibration, orders, revisions, measurement input sources and input device names. Work Hours: employers, schedules, punches, breaks, rates, payroll and payment records. Stitch Tracker: source patterns, grids, colors, progress and daily records. Badge Maker: attendees, organizations, seats, logos, badges and arrival records.

Transmission, sharing and external services

These apps have no feature that automatically sends your content to the provider's servers, no advertising or advertising-ID access, no provider analytics and no account registration. We do not sell app data. You choose document sources, export destinations and receiving apps through Android. Cloud document providers, receiving apps and print services handle the selected information under their own settings and policies. Google Play and Android handle their own distribution and diagnostic information under their respective policies.

Function-pack purchases and restoration

Where Score Reader or Badge Maker provides function-pack purchases and restoration, it uses Google Play Billing. Google Play processes payments and manages purchases under its own policies. To verify and restore access and prevent misuse, the app processes product IDs, order and purchase status, purchase times, purchase tokens and signatures received from Google Play. Verified purchase information is retained in separate app-private storage and is excluded from project backups and Undo. Your work records, photos and documents are not sent for purchase verification. Card numbers and similar payment details are not entered or stored in the app. Clearing app data does not delete purchase records held by Google Play. Follow Google guidance for purchases, refunds and management of information held by Google Play.

Upfront paid editions of Work Hours and Construction Calc

The upfront paid editions of Work Hours and Construction Calc (0.4.3) include all features in the one-time app purchase on Google Play. They have no additional in-app purchases, subscriptions or in-app purchase-restoration operation. They do not include the Google Play Billing library and do not query or acknowledge purchases or send billing-SDK diagnostics. They have no feature that obtains or transmits card information or purchase tokens. Work records such as employers, schedules, payroll, dimensions and materials are processed and stored on your device and are not automatically sent to the provider or Google. When you choose to export or share, the selected information is passed to the destination or receiving app you choose. Google Play handles payment for the app, distribution and Google's purchase records under its own policies. Deleting records on your device does not delete Google Play purchase records or files you exported. These apps provide no mechanism to delete purchase records held by Google; follow Google's guidance to manage that information.

Device access

Photos and QR images are captured through the camera app you choose to open. Document and image imports read selected files. Work Hours reads calendar events only when you choose calendar import and grant Android permission, then imports the entries you review into your work plan. It does not write to the calendar. Opening Survey accepts supported laser measurements as Android keyboard input when you select measurement entry. Score Reader accepts pedal input as navigation commands. These apps do not access your contact list, SMS, call history, device location or microphone recordings. Original photos or documents you select may contain embedded information such as capture times or locations. Keeping or backing up the original can preserve that information; these apps do not serve as a location-metadata removal tool. Review or remove embedded information in the source before sharing when needed.

Retention, transfer and deletion

Records and imported media are kept in app-private storage. Undo history, saved snapshots and media copies may remain to support recovery. Before changing devices, use the app's backup or export function to save the information you need. Do not rely on Android automatic backup or automatic device transfer. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in Android settings deletes its private records, history and media. Separately delete files you exported, external backups and copies you shared with others. Include only information needed for assistance in support emails. We use information in those emails to respond to and investigate the inquiry. Contact the address above with retention or deletion inquiries.

Protecting your information

Android access controls separate app-private storage from other apps. Use your device's screen lock and encryption settings. Integrity checks in ZIP backups detect damage; they are not encryption. Review file contents and recipients before exporting or sharing, and choose an encrypted destination you control when needed. The provider cannot remotely view or restore the records on your device.

Additional upfront-paid apps and local information

This policy also applies to Expense Split, Tournament Desk, Booking Board, Reading Queue, JSON Workshop, Stock Ledger, Pack Balance, Subtitle Review, Hex Atlas and Document Scanner. They process the information needed for their respective functions on your device: group members, expenses and repayments; tournament participants and results; customers, appointments and notes; books, reading history, time and ratings; JSON documents; inventory items, movements and costs; travel gear, weights and notes; subtitles and selected videos; game maps, places and GM notes; and selected document images, PDFs and recognized text. These ten apps have no account registration, advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions or automatic transmission of your content to the provider. Google Play manages the upfront app purchase and distribution.

Document Scanner text recognition and Google ML Kit

Document Scanner uses Google ML Kit text-recognition models bundled with the app. Selected images and documents and recognized text are processed on the device; their content and recognition output are not sent to Google for recognition. The ML Kit SDK may send device manufacturer, model and OS, app name and version, per-installation identifiers, processing time, input format and resolution, input and output size, feature events and error information to Google. Google uses this information for diagnostics and usage analytics, to measure performance, debug, maintain and improve the APIs, and to detect misuse or abuse. Google states that this transmission is encrypted using HTTPS. Google handles this information under its own terms and Privacy Policy. Please also consult Google's Privacy Policy and the ML Kit data-disclosure documentation. The provider cannot use these diagnostics to remotely view or restore your documents. Clearing local app data or uninstalling the app does not delete SDK diagnostics already sent to Google. This app has no feature to request or carry out deletion of that information from Google. Consult Google's Privacy Policy for management of information held by Google.

File selection, sharing and retention in the additional apps

Photos are captured with the device camera app you choose to open. Import, save and share operations use files and destinations you select through Android. For references such as subtitle videos, the app may retain Android's permission to reopen the selected file. Original images, videos and PDFs are unchanged. Exports and shared files may include names, amounts, notes, document text and information embedded in source files. A project export does not necessarily include linked videos or document images. Before changing devices, save the files you need separately and verify their contents. Uninstalling an app or clearing its storage in Android settings deletes its app-private records, but not separately exported files, copies you shared or purchase records held by Google Play. Earlier edits, removed records and page images may remain in local recovery or Undo data. To clear all app-private records, use Android’s app storage controls.

Changes

If a new function changes how data is handled, this policy and the store disclosures will be updated to reflect that change.
