Booking Boardの情報の取扱い

端末内で扱う情報

利用者が入力した予約日時、顧客名、サービス名、所要時間、準備・片付け時間、予約状態、メモ、営業時間、休業日を端末内で処理・保存します。メモには利用者が連絡先などを記入できます。入力中の内容、変更取消用の履歴、利用者が作成した保存スナップショットも端末内に残ります。顧客候補は保存された予約履歴から表示し、端末の連絡先一覧を読み取りません。

収集・外部送信

Booking Boardには、業務データを提供者のサーバーへ自動送信する機能、アカウント登録、広告、広告IDの利用、独自の利用分析はありません。予約や顧客情報を販売しません。オンライン予約、決済、顧客への自動メッセージ、カレンダーの継続同期、クラウドバックアップは含まれません。Google PlayとAndroidが配信・購入・診断等のために扱う情報には、それぞれのサービスの方針と設定が適用されます。

任意の端末通知

通知を有効にした場合、準備開始の約15分前を目安に、この端末へ予約の通知を出します。通知には日付・開始時刻・サービス名・顧客名が含まれ、表示はAndroidの通知とロック画面の設定に従います。顧客には送信しません。許可を拒否しても予約管理は続けられます。端末の時刻・タイムゾーン変更、再起動、アプリ更新後に予約済みの通知を再計算します。OSによる遅延・抑制があり、定刻の到達は保証しません。

利用者が行う共有・出力

共有前に内容を確認し、Androidの選択画面で保存先や受信アプリを指定できます。CSVには取消・完了を含む全状態の予約、顧客名、メモ、準備・片付け時間が含まれます。ICSカレンダーファイルには取消以外の予約、施術の開始・終了、顧客名とメモが含まれ、準備・片付けは予定の長さに含みません。ICSは継続同期ではなく、以前取り込んだ予定の変更・削除を自動反映しません。予約確認文には私的メモを含めません。

予約・サービス・営業設定等のプロジェクト出力はJSON形式です。入力途中の内容やUndo履歴も含みます。ファイルは専用の暗号化形式ではなく、内容を読める形式です。受信アプリやクラウドの保存先はそれぞれの方針と設定に従い、提供者はそのコピーを管理しません。

保存・バックアップ・削除

通常の作業データはAndroidのアプリ専用領域に保存します。予約の取消は履歴を残し、削除とは異なります。個別予約を削除してもUndo、保存スナップショット、出力ファイル、受信先のコピーに同じ情報が残ることがあります。Undoはアプリ内で消去できます。必要に応じて保存スナップショットや外部コピーもそれぞれ削除してください。共有用の一時コピーがアプリのキャッシュに残ることがあります。

機種変更や端末紛失に備え、プロジェクトファイルを端末外へ保存してください。アプリ内のスナップショットだけでは端末紛失に備えられません。新しい端末でプロジェクトを取り込むと予約・サービス・営業設定等を復元できますが、保存スナップショットの一覧、通知許可、すべての端末設定を移すものではありません。アプリをアンインストールするかAndroid設定でアプリデータを消去すると端末内のアプリ専用データは削除されます。端末外へ保存・共有したファイルは残ります。サーバーアカウントはありません。

お問い合わせと改定

メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、送信された連絡先や問い合わせ内容を回答・サポートのために扱います。不要な顧客情報を送らないでください。機能や取扱いの変更時には本ページを更新します。

1.2.0で追加される休憩・不在の記録

休憩・不在は、予約とは別の種類として、名称、日時、長さ、状態、メモを端末に保存します。予約の重複判定と空き枠検索に使用します。来店履歴から選ぶ顧客候補には表示せず、予約通知の対象にもしません。不在の記録自体は履歴画面で確認できます。これらの記録はCSV、カレンダーファイル、プロジェクトのバックアップ、Undo、保存済みコピーに含まれます。カレンダーファイルでは予定ありとして出力し、取消・解除済みは除外します。外へ出したメモを含むコピーはアプリ内の削除では消えません。

周期を選ぶ再予約では、元の来店日を下書きに保持して次回の日付を計算します。顧客名や施術を引き継ぎますが、過去の非公開メモは複写しません。休憩・不在を含むバックアップは1.2.0以降で復元してください。旧版では予約との区別を保持できません。

Information on your device

The app processes and stores appointments, customer names, service names, duration, preparation and cleanup time, status, notes, opening hours and closed dates that you enter. Notes may include contact details you choose to enter. Drafts, undo history and saved snapshots also stay on the device. Customer suggestions come from saved appointment history; the app does not read your device contact list.

Collection and transmission

Booking Board does not automatically send business records to the provider's servers. It has no account registration, advertising, advertising-ID access or provider analytics. We do not sell appointment or customer data. Online booking, payments, automatic customer messages, ongoing calendar synchronization and cloud backup are not included. Google Play and Android handle their own distribution, purchases and diagnostic information under their respective policies and settings.

Optional device reminders

If enabled, reminders are scheduled on this device for about 15 minutes before preparation. Notifications contain the date, start time, service and customer name; Android notification and lock-screen settings control their display. Nothing is sent to customers. You can manage appointments without notification permission. Booked reminders are recalculated after changes to the device clock or time zone, restart and app update. Android may delay or suppress delivery; punctual delivery is not guaranteed.

Sharing and exported files

You can review content before sharing and choose a destination or receiving app through Android. CSV contains appointments of every status, including cancelled and completed appointments, customer names, notes and preparation/cleanup durations. ICS calendar files omit cancelled appointments and contain service start/end times, customer names and notes. Preparation and cleanup are not part of the calendar event duration. ICS is a file export, not ongoing synchronization, and cannot automatically update or remove an earlier imported event. Appointment confirmation text excludes private notes.

Project backups are JSON files containing appointments, services, availability and other workspace values, including drafts and undo history. These exports are readable files and are not protected by a dedicated encryption format. Receiving apps and cloud document providers process selected information under their own policies. The provider does not control those copies.

Retention, backup and deletion

Working data is stored in Android's app-private storage. Cancelling an appointment retains its history and is different from deleting it. Deleting an appointment may leave copies in undo history, saved snapshots, exports and receiving apps. You can clear undo history in the app; remove snapshots and external copies separately when needed. Temporary shared files may remain in the app cache.

Export a project outside this device before changing phones or to protect against losing the device. An in-app snapshot alone is not an off-device backup. Importing a project on a new phone restores appointments, services, availability and workspace values, but does not migrate the snapshot library, notification permission or all device settings. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings deletes app-private data. Files saved or shared elsewhere remain. There is no server account to delete.

Support and updates

If you contact us by email, we use the contact details and message you send to respond and provide support. Avoid sending unnecessary customer information. We update this page when the app or its information handling changes.

Unavailable-time records added in version 1.2.0

Breaks and unavailable time are stored on the device as a separate record kind, with a title, date, time, duration, status and notes. They are used for conflict checks and available-time searches. They are excluded from customer suggestions based on visit history and from appointment reminders. The unavailable-time records themselves remain visible in the history screen. These records are included in CSV, calendar files, project backups, Undo and saved copies. Calendar files mark active unavailable time as busy and omit cancelled or released records. Deleting a record in the app does not remove notes or other information from copies already exported.

When choosing a rebooking cycle, the original visit date is kept in the draft to calculate the next date. Customer and service details are carried forward; private notes from the previous visit are not copied. Restore backups containing unavailable time with version 1.2.0 or later. Older versions cannot preserve the distinction between appointments and unavailable time.
